1. Company & Service Scope

• BE Fast Mobility Private Limited is a logistics company providing goods transport, passenger services, rentals, courier, and emergency services nationwide.
• Services are available 24/7 via portal and mobile application.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Trip booking requires payment as per acceptance norms. Once confirmed, a token is issued and full tracking is provided from loading to unloading.
• Company acts as a contact medium; operations are managed by the customer and staff; company provides assistance only.
• The company is not liable for delays due to network issues, traffic, accidents, theft, or unavoidable circumstances.
• Payments accepted online only; offline payments are not recognized.
• Pricing policies are set by the company (fixed rates, per km, per hour, per weight).
• Cancellation and refund: Refunds, excluding tax and platform fees, are credited within 42–72 hours.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address, contact details, driver license, and required documents.
• Ensure no prohibited items are transported; illegal goods are customer’s responsibility.
• Packing, loading/unloading, and timely delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
• Maintain vehicle documentation, cleanliness, and compliance with government regulations.

4. Company Responsibilities

• Use reasonable efforts to deliver goods/passengers safely and on time.
• Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Damage, Loss & Insurance

• Company liability is limited for loss or damage of goods.
• Insurance is encouraged or required for high-value goods.
• Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours.

6. Safety Rules

• Mandatory seatbelt use for passengers.
• Follow proper loading/unloading procedures.
• Comply with traffic laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

• No transport of explosives, firearms, drugs, or illegal goods.
• No harassment or misconduct toward staff or drivers.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer data is collected only for service purposes.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Amendments & Termination

• Company reserves the right to modify services or pricing.
• Breach of terms may result in cancellation of service.

10. Governing Law

All disputes are governed by Indian law and resolved in your local jurisdiction and State High Court.
