  1. Ticket Cancellation Policy

    • Customers may cancel bookings before the scheduled departure time.
    • Cancellations made after the permitted time frame will not be eligible for a full refund.
    • Promotional or discounted tickets may be non-refundable.
  2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within three (3) working days.
    • Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made within a shorter window.
    • Refund processing charges or cancellation fees may be deducted as per company policy.
  3. Service Delay or Cancellation by Company

    If services are delayed or canceled due to operational reasons, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  4. No-Show Policy

    If a customer fails to board at the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be provided.

  5. Luggage and Goods Transport

    • Goods damaged in transit due to improper packaging are not eligible for refunds.
    • Any issues regarding delivered goods must be reported immediately through the company portal, mobile app, or support channels.
  6. Rescheduling Policy

    • Customers may reschedule once at no additional charge if requested within 10 minutes of ticket issuance.
    • No additional charges will apply for such rescheduling.
