You are using our platform to connect transport companies with drivers/lorry owners. We are a neutral technology platform — we do not own vehicles or directly move goods.

General

Be Fast Mobility is a digital platform that connects transport companies (who post loads) with verified drivers and lorry owners (who book and deliver loads). We do not own vehicles or operate drivers; we only provide the matching, booking and payment infrastructure.

Transport companies, freight forwarders, shippers, independent lorry/truck owners, and drivers can register on our portal to post loads or accept bookings.

No. All transport and delivery services are fulfilled by third-party partners (drivers and lorry owners) who are registered on our platform.

Posting & Booking

A transport company creates a load post with pickup location, destination, goods details, dimensions/weight, preferred vehicle type and expected dates. The post becomes visible to suitable drivers and lorry owners on the portal.

Drivers browse available loads, select a suitable one, and confirm the booking by paying a small token/advance (if required). Once token payment is done, the booking is reserved for that driver until loading.

Yes — multiple pickup or drop points can be added if the transport company includes them in the load post and the selected partner accepts those terms.

Operations & Tracking

The driver proceeds to the pickup location, coordinates loading with the transport company, transports the goods to the destination, and completes unloading as per the address provided in the load post.

Yes, where the driver enables GPS sharing or the partner’s telematics is integrated, you can track the vehicle in real time through the portal until delivery is completed.

Delivery confirmation may include POD (proof of delivery) such as a signed delivery note, photo of unloaded goods, or OTP confirmation from the receiver — as specified in the load post.

Payments & Security

All payments flow through the portal to protect both parties: it ensures that drivers receive payment after successful delivery and that transport companies have a secure escrowed route for funds.

Once the transport company confirms successful delivery (or after the agreed proof of delivery is submitted), payment is released to the driver/lorry owner via the portal’s payment system.

Yes. We use industry-standard secure payment gateways and encryption. Funds and transaction records are handled through the portal to ensure transparency and auditability.

A transparent service fee or transaction charge may apply for each booking. Any fees are displayed to both parties at the time of booking.

Support, Policies & Disputes

Contact our support team. We collect trip records, GPS logs, PODs, and communication history and work with both parties to resolve the dispute fairly as per platform terms.

If a driver cancels after booking, the load will be available for other drivers. Depending on the cancellation policy, the driver may forfeit the token/advance amount.

Yes — our support team is available round the clock to assist with bookings, disputes, and operational issues.

Enterprise & Custom Services

Yes. We arrange corporate mobility and employee transport through our verified partners and can set up dedicated vendors for recurring requirements.

Yes. For frequent or large-volume needs we can assign a dedicated partner and negotiate custom terms through our enterprise onboarding team.

Absolutely — our logistics partners provide vehicles ranging from small vans to large trucks to accommodate bulk and oversize shipments. Specify dimensions and permits when posting the load.
